Take a look at the proportions of the 'kid' and tell me if that looks normal. And I noticed this while watching the scene FOR THE FIRST TIME.

As if giving us a series of unsatisfactory, plothole ridden RGB endings wasn't bad enough, BW had the audacity to end Mass Effect 3 with a piss poor CG job.

Or maybe its just a confirmation of the obvious - that the Normandy crew proceeded to inbreed after being stranded forever on some freaking planet.
